Now, nearby Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City offers direct flights from 19 major cities, allowing golfers on the East Coast, Middle Atlantic, Golf Coast, Southwest, Colorado, and North Central regions of the United States to enjoy the BOYNE Golf Experience with the same easy access.

The Links, Quarry, and Preserve were designed to be three very different courses that could be combined into one seamless experience. The design and quality are consistent, but the play and "flavor" of each course is unique. Lake Michigan was also a major influence in the design of Bay Harbor Golf Club, and each course has at least one stunning view of the bay along the course play.
Our Commitment to Golf
Since 1966, BOYNE Golf has proudly been recognized as a national leader in course innovation.
As early as 1970, three tee options have been included on each hole. Six are now available.
Golf carts have been utilized on our expansive terrain since 1971, with GPS technology implemented in 1990. In 2022 and 2023, we added E-ZGO Pace Technology to all golf carts. USB ports are featured in all carts.
We have added electric and lithium vehicles to our golf maintenance haulers and beverage cart fleets. We will have five electric beverage carts in 2024.
Keeping up to date with the latest teaching and club-fitting technologies has always been a priority. TrackMan has been available to our customers since 2013, and GEARS since 2014.
Turf-friendly, fun, and time-saving GolfBoards have been approved for use since 2014.
BOYNE Golf and our resort properties are committed to sustainability, and we’re working hard to reduce our environmental impact at every level of resort operations through our Forever Project.
Wildlife and environmental preservation practices continue to be a top priority in course maintenance and design.
Over the past 27 years, BOYNE Golf has donated over $800,000 through our annual Harbor Cup Tournament to support The First Tee of Northern Michigan and The Manna Food Project.

Drama on the Great Lakes
Dunes, cliffs and a quarry. Amazing setting for a golf course. Michigan offers up some wonderful golfing options, but I only recently became aware of just how good this venue is. Combined with a few nights at the Inn at Bay Harbor and you've got a great vacation.
